Food with Family
Food and family went together all my life. Growing up in a French household, most of my memories revolve around shared meals and playful moments in the kitchen. My grandmother was from Quebec; My father was an Acadian east coast boy, and my aunt was from just outside Paris. Following an incident that involved my nearly burning down the house with my easy bake oven at five years of age, the women decided it was best to take me under their wing and supervise my cooking endeavours. They taught me nearly everything I know about food and inspired many of my recipes. This restaurant is a homage to the great women of my family. They taught me to always play with family, food and most importantly, anything you do in life ... may it always comes from the heart!
